For generations, the Hanoverian horse has been recognized as one of the world’s most prominent and successful breeds of riding horses. This warmblood breed originated in northern Germany, and are bred to be willing and trainable, having a strong back, powerful body, and strong limbs.

The Hanoverian is a breed that has been developed to excel in the Olympic disciplines of dressage, show jumping and eventing. Many Hanoverians also compete with great success in combined driving, in the hunter ring, and various other equestrian pursuits.
